Interesting Title - talked about the benefits of coming up with a really interesting title for your book. Three Names is a very curious name, makes you want to find out why it's called that. No one would probably read it if it were just called Dog.

Vocabulary words - slough (J already knew this one from LPP, nice!); aggie; graduation; tethered (and knew this from SBSP, hahaha).

Simile - Talked about the various similes in the story and how they help work your imagination

Hyperbole - exaggeration - described and discussed.
