Discussed the word discernment and choosing between right and wrong. Discussed consequences of actions taken.
Geography - Went to world map in basement and J found China and then Yangtze River. Discussed why so many people live along River. Discussed huge population of China despite it not being the largest country.
Bible: J
Asked J to recount story of Jonah (which he did with astonishing detail!) and compare it with Ping. He got quite excited when doing so, made a great connection. Consequences of not doing the right thing.
Math: J

Well done Anna!!!!! I will check in from time to time. What a great way to keep records. It is also like a journal for you and the boys to read in the future. Are you following a particular curriculum or creating your own? WOW!! WOW!!! esp. about the discussion re. jealousy. Something tells me you and Adam will someday be leaders among homeschoolers. I'm using the Five in a Row curriculum, but it's very relaxed so you can add a lot to it if you feel the need. Shelly recommended that I do something else for math so that's why I have the workbook, flashcards, money stuff, etc.
Also doing reading and writing on our own.
