Read The Glorious Flight one final time and are now making flags of most of the countries we have read stories from.
Made France, England (hard!), Japan and China. Will do America another day, it'll take a while to do all those stars! Also still need to do Italy, Sri Lanka and Jamaica.

make the tanzaniaan flag it's pretty easy...
J said his very favorite thing right now is making flags, so we will definitely do more... but we are only making flags that come from countries that the books we are reading are set in. So We'll have to read a Tanzanian story first!
I do know what it looks like, though, I have a picture of the cake your Mom made bfore you left =)
